Expert Witness & Litigation Support

Mrs. Yaimé Rullán-Cabrera leads FGA’s Litigation Support Practice which provides expert witness services to litigating attorneys for matters involving bankruptcies, accounting, business management and financial transactions. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an attorney with approved Federal Bar and Puerto Rico State Bar, and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) with over 15 years of experience in accounting, legal and business consulting matters. Mrs. Rullán-Cabrera’s experience includes advising the Government of Puerto Rico on tax reform, legislation, disclosure, insolvency, restructuring and litigation strategies. She served as witness for the Government as its primary liquidity expert to prevent the termination of the automatic stay provided for by the Puerto Rico Oversight, Management, and Economic Stability Act (PROMESA) and allow for the continuation of essential services. ​
